Rooted in Whistler – Raised by Belief

 

I grew up in Whistler, BC, surrounded by a culture of risk and resilience. Skiing powder and sending cliffs felt normal; what set me apart was the balance my family gave me. When skicross debuted at the 2010 Winter Games, everything aligned and I raced to gold . That moment wasn’t just a medal; it proved that belief, discipline and joy could coexist.

 

After the Games came whirlwind years of media, travel and relentless work. I built businesses, bought and renovated properties and discovered that success without alignment leads to burnout. Motherhood brought the pause I needed. Alone with my baby in the mountains, I realized my true gift was translating the lessons from elite sport – belief, resilience, adaptability and sustainable success – into a life that feels whole.
